Garland UTGG72-GT72M 72" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

Engineered to fit on a countertop, the Garland UTGG72-GT72M commercial griddle measures 707/8 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 13 inches high. It's equipped with a front rail to reduce the risk of burns, and its plate measures 1 inch thick to provide durability for repeated heating and cooling. To facilitate cleaning, it features a 4-inch-wide grease trough, and because it is mounted on adjustable legs, the unit can be stabilized on uneven surfaces.
Built to provide long-lasting durability, the Garland UTGG72-GT72M countertop griddle is constructed primarily of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Its U-shaped burners provide uniform heat distribution, and each one is individually controlled to enable operators to cook multiple items at once. It features snap-action thermostatic controls, with which operators can set the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit. This unit features a piezo pilot ignition system and operates with natural gas.
