Its U-shaped burners distribute heat evenly, and because they're individually controlled, multiple products can be cooked simultaneously. Measuring 1 inch thick, the griddle plate can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping. Because it's made of smooth polished steel, it's fast and simple to clean.
Durable and long lasting, the front, sides, and back of the Garland UTGG48-GT48M commercial griddle are constructed of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. This unit is designed for countertop placement, measuring 471/4 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 13 inches high, and its 4-inch legs can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces.
