Constructed primarily of stainless steel, the Garland UTGG60-GT60M countertop griddle is durable to support heavy use in high-volume settings. This simple-to-clean metal provides lasting resistance to rusting, corroding, and warping. Its 1-inch-thick plate is built to withstand repeated heating and cooling, and because it's made of polished steel, it won't harbor cooked-on residue. This unit is equipped with a 4-inch-wide grease trough to expedite end-of-day cleanup.
A countertop model, the Garland UTGG60-GT60M commercial griddle measures 591/16 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 13 inches high. It has a temperature range of 200 to 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can adjust these levels using snap-action thermostatic controls. Because each burner is controlled individually, users can create different cooking zones to grill various products at the same time. This unit runs on natural gas and features a piezo pilot ignition system.
