The front, back, and sides of the Garland UTGG24-GT24M countertop griddle are made of stainless steel€”a durable, rust-resistant metal that's suited for heavy use. To simplify cleaning, the griddle plate is made of polished steel, and because it's 1 inch thick, it can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping. Operators can adjust the temperature between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit using snap-action thermostatic controls. Enabling users to cook different products simultaneously, each U-shaped burner is individually controlled.
Designed for countertop placement, the Garland UTGG24-GT24M commercial griddle measures 235/8 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 13 inches high. It's mounted on 4-inch legs, which can be adjusted to account for uneven surfaces. To expedite cleaning, it's equipped with a 4-inch-wide grease trough that traps and collects run-off. This unit operates with natural gas and features a piezo pilot ignition system.
