Garland GTGG36-GT36M 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

Constructed of stainless steel, the Garland GTGG36-GT36M gas griddle has a 1-inch-thick steel griddle plate that resists warping and a 4-inch-deep grease trough. Its grease drawer holds as much as 1.4 gallons of waste, so it can handle consistent use. With piezo pilot igniters, the temperature stays between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit and is controlled by one thermostat for every 12-inch width of surface. Natural gas powers the unit, which has a rear connection that can be made straight through the rear or flush-mounted to its "T" gas manifold. A front rail acts as a barrier between users' hands and the hot plate and also provides a 31/2-inch deep work space.
