Garland GD-24G 24" Gas Griddle w/ Manual Controls - 1/2" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Garland GD-24G Designer Series gas griddle has a griddle plate that is made of polished steel, and restaurants can serve up dishes ranging from pancakes and eggs to juicy hamburgers on its smooth surface, which is heated by high and low manual controls. Although these controls are less precise than thermostatic alternatives, they are more economical. A piezo ignition is used to ignite the unit, which doesn't require electricity.
Made of stainless steel, the Garland GD-24G gas griddle's front and side panels are durable and withstand heavy use. The unit is mounted on legs that elevate it above countertops, and to help prevent overheating, the unit should be installed away from combustible surfaces. To keep grease from splattering around the kitchen, the unit has an internal drawer as well as back and side splashes.
