Garland CG-36R 36" Gas Griddle w/ Thermostatic Controls - 1" Steel Plate, Natural Gas

The Garland CG-36R griddle has three individual burners spread evenly under its 36-inch-long cooking surface and controls for each 12-inch section, so operators can devote different parts of the grill to cooking specific products. Each control dial has a range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. They are protected by nickel-plated guards to reduce the risk of accidental changes.
Suitable for heavy use, this Garland CG-36R countertop griddle has many stainless steel parts and a one-inch steel griddle plate that is durable and resistant to bending over time. On the sides and back of the plate, splashes contain splatter, preventing grease from getting on walls and counters. After a food batch finishes cooking, users can push grease off the cook plate and into the trough. Grease collects in the full-width drawer below, which can be removed for cleaning.
