Description

Built to withstand heavy use in high-volume settings, the Equipex PSSE-600 Sodir-Roller countertop griddle is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. To facilitate cleaning, it features an enameled steel griddle plate, and it?s protected with back and side splashes to keep splatter off surrounding equipment and walls. At the end of the day, users can remove, empty, and replace the grease drawer. The unit can be quickly powered down when not in use with its on/off switch.
A compact countertop model, the Equipex PSSE-600 electric griddle measures 24 inches wide by 19 inches deep by 9 inches high. Enabling operators to cook two types of products simultaneously, it offers two cooking zones, each of which is thermostatically controlled for precision. It has a maximum temperature of 570 degrees Fahrenheit, and to prevent accidental adjustments, it features a recessed control panel.
