Description

Because the Equipex PSS-600/1 countertop griddle has a stainless steel body and splashes, it resists scratches and facilitates cleaning. Protecting nearby surfaces, the splashes catch splatter from food, while excess grease collects in the removable drawer below. Made of sturdy cold-rolled steel, the cooking surface is 24 inches long, with two independently controlled 12-inch cooking areas. Each section has its own power switch and temperature controls. When turned on, the green light informs staff members the surface is hot, and the red light illuminates when the plate is heating up. After the desired temperature is reached, this red light will turn on and off periodically as heat is added to maintain the temperature. All the controls are recessed, so grease does not drip onto them.
