Description

Designed for countertop use, the Equipex BGIC3000 Adventys induction griddle measures 151?2 inches wide by 203?4 inches deep by 77?8 inches high. It features 12 temperature settings with three presets, and operators can make adjustments using precise capacitive touch controls. To prevent overheating and enable all-day use, it?s built with two integral cooling fans.
The exterior of the Equipex BGIC3000 countertop griddle is constructed of stainless steel?a strong, rust-resistant metal that?s suited for heavy use. It features a multi-layer griddle surface, and it has a cooking temperature range of 122 to 536 degrees Fahrenheit. So users can quickly power the unit on or off, it?s equipped with a power switch on the control panel. Facilitating thorough cleaning, it features a removable air filter and grease drawer.
