Description

The Equipex BGIC3600 Adventys countertop griddle offers a single cooking zone with a multi-layer griddle surface. Using precise capacitive touch controls, operators can adjust the temperature between 122 and 536 degrees, and the unit has 12 temperature settings and three presets. Instead of standard burners, it uses energy-efficient induction heating. This cooking method utilizes electromagnetism to create a magnetic field above the cooktop surface to reduce temperature loss in the kitchen. To enable extended use, it?s built with two integral cooling fans that prevent the unit from overheating.
Featuring an exterior constructed of stainless steel, the Equipex BGIC3600 induction griddle can support high-volume use without rusting, warping, or corroding. It features a removable air filter and a removable grease drawer to streamline cleaning, and its on/off switch enables users to activate it quickly. A countertop model, this unit measures 151?2 inches wide by 203?4 inches deep by 77?8 inches high.
