Designed with a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber, the Accutemp GGF1201A4850-T1 griddle provides even surface temperatures via steam heat. It is made of cold-rolled, annealed stainless steel which is both rust resistant and efficient to clean. For consistent and precise results, this unit is equipped with digital controls and a digital temperature readout.
The Accutemp GGF1201A4850-T1 has thermostatic controls that are more exact than manual options and a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit to effectively cook various products. When the griddle surpasses its set temperature, an indicator light will alert the operator. For safety, its manager mode locks out temperature controls.
