Description

To streamline cleanup in fast-paced settings, the Accutemp EGF2403B2450-S2 Accu-Steam® griddle is equipped with a grease trough as well as a 4-inch-high backsplash. Its griddle plate is made of cold-rolled 7-gauge stainless steela'¬a€a strong metal that can withstand repeated heating and cooling without warping, scratching, or denting. To ensure even heat distribution throughout the plate, it features a hermetically sealed steam chamber. This unit has a temperature range of 200 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, and operators can make adjustments using a precise digital thermostat.
Mounted on a stainless steel stand with casters, the Accutemp EGF2403B2450-S2 electric griddle is a mobile unit and is constructed of stainless steel to provide excellent defense against rusting and corroding. It features a control guard to prevent accidental temperatures adjustment, while its manager mode locks temperature controls to prevent unauthorized operators from making changes. Overall, this unit measures 241/4 inches wide by 287/10 inches deep by 403/25 inches high overall.
