Description

The Accutemp EGF2083A4850-T1 electric griddle is constructed with durable heating elements mounted inside a hermetically sealed vacuum chamber filled with chemically pure water. This design ensures uniform temperature control to the entire griddle plate, meaning the water never needs to be changed or refilled. To monitor the cooking temperature, the unit has digital temperature controls, including an optional manager lock out feature. Three presets streamline the grilling process, and this griddle is good for cafeterias, quick service restaurants, gas stations, and breakfast style eateries.
The griddle plate of the Accutemp EGF2083A4850-T1 electric griddle is made of 7-gauge, cold-rolled stainless steel and features a wraparound backsplash to control grease splatter. Easily read from a distance, the front-located digital control panel is convenient to access. Rapid surface temperature recovery enables uninterrupted flipping and grilling on an evenly heated griddle surface, while the full front grease trough simplifies removal of excess grease and food crumbs between orders. To prevent slipping and sliding during use, this unit is designed with rubberized bullet feet.
