Description

Maximizing cooking area without taking up floor space, the Wells HDHP-2430G gas hot plate fits on the countertop and is elevated by 4-inch steel legs. The unit has four individually controlled burners, so it can cook different products at different heat levels simultaneously. To optimize combustion, adjustable shutters for the burners control air. The grates on this unit are made of durable cast iron, and their removable construction streamlines the cleaning process. Made of stainless steel, the hot plate is heavy duty and resistant to corrosion.
