Description

Suitable for most commercial kitchens, the Globe GHSPU424G hotplate provides additional cooking space to countertop surfaces. This appliance is made of durable stainless steel€”a material that resists rust and corrosion throughout use€”and features a total of four 30,000-BTU burners. Two of these burners sport open faces to accommodate foods requiring a closer proximity, while the other two feature a step-up design that creates less congestion between cooking foods. These burners are paired with cast iron grates to promote optimal heat retention, and the structure is elevated with four adjustable 4-inch legs. This appliance operates using natural gas but includes an LP conversion kit; it emits 120,000 BTU.
