Description

The Imperial IR-6-G24T-E Pro Series restaurant range equips chefs to prepare various menu items that require different cooking methods. Its top has a griddle and six burners, and its base includes two standard ovens. This range's burners have flat surfaces and a solid top that encourage quick cleaning, while its polished steel griddle plate rapidly responds to temperature changes.
Ovens in the base of the Imperial IR-6-G24T-E electric range have a chef-depth design to house a full-size sheet pan. These ovens can be set at a temperature from 150 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and their porcelainized interiors create a smooth surface. For durability and a professional appearance, most of the range is composed of stainless steel.
