Garland M45R 34" Gas Range w/ (2) Hot Tops & Standard Oven, Natural Gas

Providing durability needed by commercial settings, the Garland M45R gas range is made of stainless steel. The oven interior is porcelainized and smooth to wipe clean. To ensure further cleanliness, it has a drip tray that catches grease and the cast iron rings are removable for cleaning around the grates. To elevate it from surfaces, it is mounted on 6-inch legs.
The Garland M45R gas range has individual controls for all six jet burners spread throughout two hot tops. This enables chefs to cook many foods at a time, reducing ticket times in busy kitchens. Powered by natural gas, the oven is activated with a piezo spark ignition and uses a radiation baffle system.
