Description

The Garland G48-4G24LL G Starfire Pro gas range is equipped with four burners, a griddle, and two space saver ovens. Whether a restaurant serves up roasted meats, sautéed vegetables, or pancakes and eggs, the range provides 232,000 total BTU to cook foods quickly and thoroughly. Because of its 6-inch, adjustable legs, the range can be installed on uneven floors.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Garland G48-4G24LL gas range is well equipped to withstand frequent use in a busy restaurant. The range's burners are made of cast iron€”a material that can endure repeated heating and cooling. Both ovens have porcelain interiors and nickel-plated racks that can be adjusted between three positions.
