Description

The Equipex GL2-7000 countertop induction cooktop is made of heavy-duty stainless steel with an attractive vitroceramic glass surface that can be wiped clean. Making two dishes at once, the two side-by-side burners operate with 20 power levels and individual touchscreen controls. It is able to detect when a pan of food is placed on the cooktop or emptied, making the process straightforward and protecting the unit from overheating.
To keep this unit running all day, the Equipex GL2-7000 commercial induction cooktop has an integral cooling fan, providing airflow consistently during use. Another way it ensures reliable operation is by cleaning the air intake with the removable grease filter. Great for kitchens with minimal surface space, it fits comfortably on the countertop to provide maximum power with a small footprint.
