Description

The Equipex GL2-3500 Adventys countertop induction cooktop features two 8-inch burners side by side. Made of stainless steel, the casing is durable and can be cleaned up quickly. The vitroceramic glass surface has an automatic pan detection feature, so it heats only when a pan is placed on top. A high-temperature control enables stir frying and saut?ing, and the low-temperature control can be used to prepare chocolates and sauces. To extend the unit's life, internal airflow and cooling fans prevent it from overheating.
