Description

Designed with a stainless steel construction and vitroceramic glass surface, the Equipex GL2-3500F Adventys countertop induction cooktop features two burners and 20 power levels. Its low temperature settings are ideal for sauces and chocolates, whereas the high temperatures are great for stir frying and saut?ing. This unit operates with two hobs positioned front to back, and cooling fans that force necessary airflow for constant operation.
The Equipex GL2-3500F commercial induction cooktop detects pans automatically and shuts off if none are on top, lowering the risk of overheating. For safe operation, this unit includes an oil automatic ignition shut-off feature and small article protection. To keep the worktop clean, the grease filter is removable, while the touchscreen controls are recessed and can be wiped down.
