Description

The Equipex GL1800 DI Adventys drop-in induction cooktop is made to be dropped into a buffet serving station. It is equipped with a single 71?2-inch burner, and the vitroceramic glass surface is durable and can withstand high heat. The unit's housing and flush-mount frame are made of rust-resistant stainless steel, which can be wiped clean. A removable grease filter helps keep the air intake clean.
The Equipex GL1800 DI drop-in induction cooktop features capacitive touch controls, such as an on/off button, 20 power levels, and a 99-minute timer. Because it has cooling fans to prevent overheating, the unit is ideal for buffet lines where product needs to be served all day. At low temperatures, the cooktop works great for preparing sauces and chocolate, and at high temperatures, users can stir fry and saut? food.
