Description

The Equipex GL1800 C Adventys induction cooktop has a surface that is made of vitroceramic glass, which enables it to withstand high heat. Compact enough to be placed on a countertop, the stainless steel casing is resistant to rust and easy to clean. It features capacitive touch controls, including 20 power levels, and a built-in timer. A removable grease filter ensures that the air intake is clean to prevent damage.
The Equipex GL1800 C countertop induction cooktop's cooling fans enable the unit to run for long periods without breaking down. A controlled high-temperature feature enables the user to saut? and stir fry product, while a precision low-temperature control works great for cooking chocolate and sauces. Pan detection is automatic to prevent accidents.
