Floor-mounted, tilting steam jacketed kettle with thermostatically controlled, self-contained, gas-heated steam source
Mounted on a sturdy base
Available in 20, 40, 60, or 80 gallon capacities
Stainless steel construction with a reinforced rim and butterfly-shaped pouring lip
ASME shop inspected steam jacket for pressures up to 50 PSI
180 emery grit finish inside, bright high buff polish outside
Hand crank tilting for easy pouring
Stainless steel panels enclose controls and base
Four adjustable stainless steel tubular legs with bullet or flanged feet
Includes a 2-inch tangent draw-off valve
Heated by propane or natural gas with electronic ignition
Factory-charged with chemically pure water containing rust inhibitors
Steam source provides temperatures of 150º to 295ºF (65 to 150ºC)
Unit controls: thermostat, pressure gauge, safety valve, pressure limit control, low water cut-off, power switch, and gas regulator valve
Automatic gas shutoff when tilted
Service connections for gas and electricity needed
