Constructed of heavy-duty steel, the Howard-McCray SC-OD30E-3-SW-B vertical open-air cooler can withstand the wear and tear of commercial use because of its rust and corrosion resistance. This unit has a sleek, black exterior and interior to blend seamlessly with most equipment setups, and its black end panels are removeable for a continuous lineup of coolers if desired. For simple loading and unloading, this merchandiser has a hinged rear access door and three shelves for a total of four levels available for item presentation.
To provide a clear view of items, the Howard-McCray SC-OD30E-3-SW-B multi-purpose open merchandiser shelves are all equipped with LED lights. This unit is operated with its electronic controls, and the self-contained refrigeration system uses R448A refrigerant to maintain set temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To prevent performance-reducing ice buildup in the cabinet, this merchandiser is equipped with an automatic air defrost system. A good size for convenience or grocery stores, this unit measures 39 inches long by 331/2 inches deep by 72 inches high when installed as a standalone unit with ends.
