The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-3C-S Impulse horizontal open-air cooler features a steel super structure for durability and a stainless steel appearance for a polished display. The interior step shelves provide 61 cubic feet of storage capacity, and the perforated rear wall and low-velocity fans circulate air throughout the cabinet to evenly cool products. For streamlined cleaning or servicing, the front grill and plexiglass sides are removable. Overall, this unit measures 39 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 44 inches high.
Designed with a self-contained, bottom-mounted refrigeration system, the Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-3C-S cooler has a sealed hermetic system that prevents leakage. The included electric condensate pan eliminates water development, while the air defrost system operates automatically to reduce energy costs. Staff can set and adjust the holding temperature between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit using electronic controls; these temperatures are preserved with foamed-in insulation and air screen technology.
