The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-6C-LED Impulse horizontal open-air cooler's internal temperature is retained with air screen technology, and the perforated rear wall promotes even air distribution throughout the cabinet. The interior has 108 cubic feet of space, step shelves, and LED lighting to brighten the shelves for product visibility; the plexiglass sides also provide a clear interior view. To withstand heavy and frequent use, this cooler is made of heavy-gauge steel and has a 1-inch front bumper. A cover is provided to reduce energy costs after hours.
The Howard-McCray SC-OS30E-6C-LED cooler's cold temperatures are created and controlled by the self-contained refrigeration system, which includes an electric condensate pan and air defrost, and the foamed-in-place insulation and low-velocity fans retain these temperatures. This unit operates with temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, which is controlled electronically. If plumbing connections are required, staff can utilize the included drain.
