This cooler is constructed of heavy-gauge steel for durability, and when cleaning is needed, the front grill and plexiglass sides can be removed to simplify the process. This unit includes step shelves and a LED-lit top for interior visibility. The Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4C-S-LED cooler's temperature and defrost settings are electronically controlled for quick and accurate adjustments, and staff can set the holding temperature between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
