Description
To reduce energy use, the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4-S-LED Impulse horizontal open-air cooler comes with a night cover, while the perforated rear wall distributes air for effective cooling. This cooler is constructed of stainless steel and has a removable front grill and plexiglass sides for quick cleaning. For clear product visibility, the interior has step shelves and LED lighting, and with a 75-cubic-foot storage a capacity, this unit measures 51 inches wide by 341/2 inches deep by 44 inches high overall.
The Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-4-S-LED cooler's refrigeration system is bottom mounted and features a hermetic design that contains all the cooling components and utilities in an airtight housing, preventing the intake of dirt and debris. The refrigeration system includes an air defrost to eliminate ice buildup, and the condensate pan safely removes humidity and excess water from the unit. Staff can set the holding temperature between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and these temperature levels are preserved via the foam insulation and air screen technology.
