To keep temperatures at a set level between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, insulation is foamed into the middle of the metal paneling. Staff can arrange products on the step shelves, which enable full visibility of each stored item.
Equipped with an automatic air defrost and condensate pan, the Howard-McCray SC-OS35E-5 cooler reduces energy use and upkeep time.
