This 391/8-inch-wide by 281/4-inch-deep by 785/8-inch-tall unit is built with four solid stainless steel shelves that accommodate drinks, prepackaged sandwiches, salads, and snacks. While LED lighting beneath each shelf illuminates each tier's displayed products, the safety-reinforced tempered glass front shield and side walls provide full item visibility. Its stainless steel exterior and interior deliver sleek uniformity and a modern aesthetic, matching common decorative themes. For simple setup, this merchandiser can be plugged in and doesn't require plumbing.
The Turbo Air TOM-40S-N full-height display case accommodates prechilled items at appropriate temperatures because of its self-contained refrigeration system, which operates with R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. While staff can adjust and monitor temperatures with the digital electronic thermostat and solar-powered digital thermometer, the defrost control can remove unsightly icy buildup. To prolong the service life of the refrigeration system, its condenser automatically brushes itself daily to minimize dust buildup that could affect the unit's performance. During this process, a fine-mesh filter on the front of the condenser collects dust. This merchandiser's standard back guard and perforated back wall and top promote airflow to minimize warm spots; to preserve generated temperatures, it's foamed in place with high-density polyurethane. After business hours, a night curtain can be placed over the open front to conserve temperatures. For optimal results, this case shouldn't be stored in ambient settings hotter than 75 percent Fahrenheit with humidity exceeding 55 percent.
