This non-refrigerated add-on measures 28 inches wide and includes a single adjustable stainless steel shelf, creating two tiers for presenting baked goods, packaged snacks, or ambient-temperature items. Full-service access from the rear supports restocking and product retrieval in commercial service environments.
Constructed of stainless steel, the Turbo Air TOMD-30HS dry display case features a durable exterior and easy-to-clean interior suited for continuous use. Transparent side panels and a curved front shield maximize product visibility, while the interior dimensions and 2.1-cubic-foot capacity offer sufficient space for prepackaged food. Its compact footprint and matching design integrate atop the compatible TOM-30S/L refrigerated merchandisers.
