The Continental Refrigeration 1RFNSSHD refrigerator and freezer has a top-mounted compressor so flour, dust, and debris will not clog the equipmenta'¬a€an ideal arrangement for bakeries and pizzerias. Temperatures are maintained by environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and the cabinet is insulated with three inches of non-CFC polyurethane foam for cold air retention. The self-closing doors seal tightly, keeping cold air inside. Four heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelves can be used to organize and store items, which are illuminated by LED lights.
The Continental Refrigeration 1RFNSSHD is equipped with an electronic control system and a digital display. Temperatures are monitored by a hi-low alarm and the freezer automatically defrosts itself. This dual-temperature unit requires 12 inches of clearance on top, and three inches of clearance on the sides and rear when the cabinet is placed directly against a wall or under a low ceiling. It is mounted on 5-inch casters for cleaning underneath.
