Description

The Continental SWF27NBS 27-inch-wide worktop freezer is equipped with a 51/2-inch backsplash, designed to contain spills and maintain a clean workspace in busy commercial environments. Offering a 7.4-cubic-foot capacity, this freezer includes a field-rehingeable solid door with a polished chrome handle, providing flexible access to its aluminum interior. Built of stainless steel, the front and end panels resist corrosion and are mounted on 5-inch casters to expedite repositioning.
Ideal for professional kitchens, the Continental SWF27NBS freezer ensures reliable cold storage with a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system. Its R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides efficient, eco-friendly cooling, while 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation retains consistent temperatures. Enhanced by a spring-loaded, self-closing door and magnetic Santoprene® gasket, this unit maintains a secure seal. The interior features a heavy-duty, epoxy-coated steel shelf for organized storage, and a digital controller with high/low alarms and automatic electric defrost streamlines operation.
