Description

The Continental SWF27NBS-D 27-inch-wide worktop freezer features a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system designed for efficient performance in demanding commercial kitchens. With a 7.4-cubic-foot capacity, this freezer offers two stainless steel roll-out drawers that can each accommodate one 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pan per drawer (sold separately). Its stainless steel flat top includes a 51/2-inch backsplash to keep spills contained and maintain a clean work environment. Built with durable stainless steel front and end panels, this unit resists corrosion and ensures longevity in high-volume operations.
Ideal for professional foodservice settings, the Continental SWF27NBS-D freezer combines robust construction with reliable refrigeration. The aluminum interior resists corrosion, while 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation ensures consistent temperature retention. Enhanced by magnetic Santoprene® drawer gaskets and polished chrome handles, the drawers seal tightly and glide smoothly. For added convenience, the enclosed, vented, and removable case back simplifies maintenance. A digital controller with high/low alarms and automatic electric defrost further supports efficient operation.
