Cold air is retained by the snap-in door gasket, and to save energy, the cabinet is insulated with polyurethane. This unit maintains a temperature of 0 degrees Fahrenheit, which can be adjusted using the digital controls.
The Infrico IUC-MR41BT undercounter freezer's refrigeration system is mounted on its side for access if maintenance is needed, and it's self-contained to reduce the risk of cross contamination. It cools with R290 refrigerant€”an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon.
