The Beverage Air WTF36A worktop freezer can hold ingredients or meals until you are ready to use them and act as a place to prep food. The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. On the back of the cabinet, there is a 4-inch-tall backsplash that prevents messes from getting all over other surfaces. The two doors to the freezer section are self-closing to help retain cold air. The doors stay open past 120 degrees so loading products is easy. An anti-condensate heater surrounds the door opening to prevent condensation from forming.
With a forced-air system, the freezer ensures all products are evenly cooled. Temperatures stay at or below 0 degrees Fahrenheit and are maintained by R-404A refrigerant to stay frozen. The internal thermometer makes monitoring temperatures easy. The automatic defrost system keeps the unit running properly and prevents the need for excessive maintenance. The Beverage Air WTF36A worktop freezer comes with two epoxy-coated steel wire shelves that products sit on. you can easily accommodate various products since the shelves are adjustable in increments of 1/2 an inch.
