Constructed of stainless steel, the housing, cylinder, worm gear, and adjusting ring provide durability and resistance to corrosion. Its head size accommodates large batches, while a manual reset motor overload protection feature prevents overheating during operation. This unit includes a knife, product tray, 1/4-inch plate, 5/16-inch plate, stuffing tube, and polycarbonate pusher. Designed specifically for beef, pork, and venison, it's not intended for grinding poultry, cheese, or vegetables.
