This refurbished Hobart 2912 Meat Slicer features built-in antimicrobial protection to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungi.

The Hobart 2912 meat slicer offers front-installed push/pull quick start/stop operations and can slice automatically to save you time and energy or manually for more precise cuts. 

Its dual functionality makes it ideal for those unsure of which type of slicer they need.

Powerful Motor: Equipped with a 1/2 HP motor, available for single-phase electrical service.
Stay-Sharp Knife: Features the exclusive Hobart Stay-Sharp contoured cast solid stainless steel knife.
Convenient Setup: Furnished with a cord and plug as standard equipment.
Power Interrupt Safety: Requires manual re-starting after a power interruption, ensuring safety and control.
Gauge Plate and Carriage Interlock: Prevents the Carriage Tray from being removed unless in the HOME position with the Gauge Plate closed; slicer turns off if the Carriage Tray is tilted or removed.
HomeStart Feature: Requires the carriage to be in the HOME position before the slicer can be started.
AutoShutoff Option: Turns off the slicer if a full stroke of the carriage is not made within a 10-second interval (factory installed option).
Automatic Slicing: Features automatic slicing with six adjustable speeds.
Versatile Accessories: Includes a tubular food chute, 4" leg set, and slaw tray; low carriage fence is standard on 2912, high carriage fence and heavy front-mounted meat grip are available accessories.
