Description
Providing a long life in commercial kitchens, the Cres Cor 1000-CH-SK-SPLIT-DX smoker oven is made of highly durable stainless steel. This material is easy to clean, and the unit's interior corners are coved to prevent debris from collecting in crevices. An antimicrobial door latch slows the formation of bacteria, so when it is used by several people in the kitchen, germs are less likely to spread. If the operator needs to move this unit to another location, 5-inch casters are included, two of which have brakes to secure the oven in place.
The Cres Cor 1000-CH-SK-SPLIT-DX commercial smoker oven has solid-state controls that can adjust the temperature to settings as high as 325 degrees Fahrenheit. An internal probe monitors the temperature, which is displayed on a digital LED screen. To make sure food is cooked the same way each time, operators can program as many as 18 menu options. A one-hour timer controls the amount of smoke that is released in the cabinet, and to make sure this smoke doesn't escape, the door is sealed with a silicone gasket.
