Description

When a beer mug or cocktail glass is inserted into this Krowne KR-LC2GF-TT-W Royal Series glass chiller, it releases liquid carbon dioxide to cool the glass in seconds. Because carbon dioxide is a dry gas, it doesn't leave behind condensation that could dilute drinks as the glasses become warm. This cool burst of air can improve drinks' taste profiles and overall presentation, and it sanitizes the drinkware, removing odors, residue, and bacteria. Operators should purchase a 20-pound aluminum CO2 tank with a siphon tube separately since it isn't included with this unit, and to prevent frequent battery changes, this system features a rechargeable 12-volt battery.
The Krowne KR-LC2GF-TT-W liquid carbon dioxide glass chiller measures 77/8 inches wide by 77/8 inches deep by 611/16 inches high for countertop use. To secure the unit in place, a worktop mounting kit is included. With its durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel construction and sleek wood finish, this chiller matches upscale, modern interiors and is simple to wipe clean. During use, an LED light activates so employees can monitor the cooling process.
