Description

The Eurodib 602232 portable mixer is a lightweight and ergonomic tool designed for high-volume food preparation. With a variable speed motor that reaches up to 9,000 RPM, it provides precision control for blending, mixing, and pureeing tasks. The included 18-inch stainless steel tube, knife, and shaft are fully removable without tools, simplifying cleaning and maintenance.
Designed for versatility, the Eurodib 602232 mixer is equipped with an anti-splash bell knife design and a bayonet system for quick accessory changes. It can be used directly in pots holding between 8 and 13 gallons. A red luminous indicator warns users of overheating, while the water-resistant motor unit ensures durability.
