Description

The Dynamic MX007.1 immersion blender has a 12-inch-long shaft, which gives it enough reach to fit inside a typical restaurant kettle and pot. Designed with a capacity of 5 gallons, this blender is enough for a small batch of product. It has a continuous operation switch that keeps the unit churning on its own, ensuring even product consistency. For added strength, its blade is plated with titanium.
