The Sammic B-50 commercial immersion blender features a top-mounted speed dial that operates between 200 and 1,500 revolutions per minute. Two color-identified pilot lights communicate this unit's standby and ready modes. Once the preferred speed options are set, this whisk unit should be tilted to a 30-degree position to reduce splashes during whisking tasks. For maximum potential in applied kitchen locations, it can whisk 32 quarts of product—or 2 to 80 egg whites. For operator convenience, it can be switched to continuous mode to reduce employee oversight.
The Sammic B-50 commercial immersion blender is great for food prepping tasks, as the 16-inch-long arm can be attached to the motor by twisting it in a clockwise motion and snapping it into place. Because the whisk arm is made of stainless steel, it's both durable and corrosion resistant to support long-term operation. Overall, this immersion blender has a length of 293/8 inches, and to increase operator safety, the body features an ergonomic design with anti-slip material that creates a stable grip. At the end of the day, the arm can be removed and soaked in a multi-purpose liquid detergent to sanitize it for use the next day.
