Supplied with a two-light warning system, the Sammic XM-52 commercial immersion blender offers a visual indication of operational conditions and readiness. The motor performs at a 12,000 revolution-per-minute speed, which is the blender's set speed. Though it's primarily meant for manual operation, employees can activate its continuous mode to reduce the need for constant oversight. For maximum comfort during blending operations, the motor has an anti-slip material, offering a reliant grip regardless of the motor's speed.
The Sammic XM-52 commercial immersion blender boasts a 127-quart recipient capacity, and this blender is supplied with a 207/10-inch click-on arm. Once the motor and arm accessory are put together, this blender unit measures 34 inches overall. It's made of stainless steel to withstand mid- to heavy-duty use; additionally, it offers corrosion resistance. For maximum efficiency, the Y blade utilizes a patented, all-in-one tempered blade cutting system. The arm can be detached at the end of the day for thorough cleaning.
