Description

This immersion blender utilizes an attachable and detachable 161/2 blending arm, which is simple to remove using a counterclockwise twisting motion. The arm is supplied with a Y blade that operates with an all-in-one tempered cutting system—ideal for crafting sauces and purees of various consistencies. Because the arm is made of stainless steel, it offers a lasting service life by minimizing corrosion and strengthening its structure.
The Sammic XM-51 commercial immersion blender's two-light warning system communicates when the blender is ready for operation. Once connected, its motor operates at a fixed 12,000-revolution-per-minute speed. Supplied with an ergonomic, bi-mat grip with anti-slip material, users maintain a steady hold during this blender's operation. For multitasking, employees can activate its continuous mode for hands-free function.
