The Sammic MB-21 combination mixer offers the versatility of both an immersion blender and a hand whisk, making it an essential tool for commercial kitchens. It features a 15.85-quart whisking capacity and a 13-quart blending capacity, providing flexibility for a range of food preparation tasks. This unit includes a removable 12-inch stainless steel whisk and a 94/5-inch stainless steel blending arm with a 31/4-inch diameter bell. Designed for ergonomic handling, its Bi-Mat-Grip with anti-slip material and squared housing ensures a comfortable and secure grip. The All-In-One tempered steel tri-blade cutting system enhances blending performance, while the variable speed motor operates from 1,500 to 15,000 RPM to accommodate different mixing needs. A safety power indication light provides added user awareness.
