Designed for mixing as much as 16 quarts of product to make soup or sauce with the ideal consistency, the Sammic XM-22 commercial immersion blender features an all-in-one tri-blade cutting system. The arm offers maximum flexibility with detachable application, and for user safety, it features a 31/4-inch blade guard. The blending arm has an overall length of 114/5 inches; after use, it can be washed with hot water and a gentle dish detergent. Because it's made of stainless steel, it maintains a lengthy lifetime by enhancing its structure with durability and corrosion resistance.
To streamline operation and use, the Sammic XM-22 commercial immersion blender operates from 1,500 to 15,000 revolutions per minute; the speed motor is equipped with a top-placed speed dial. To maintain a secure grip, users can employ the use of the ergonomic-designed bi-mat grip. To communicate ideal operating conditions, it has a safety power indicator light. For multitasking purposes, employees can initiate its continuous mode.
