This commercial immersion blender has a top-placed speed variable knob that operates at speeds ranging from 1,500 to 15,000 revolutions per minute. To meet high-production needs, it can blend through in 13-quart recipients, and it flaunts a hooded design to reduce splashes and sprays of liquid droplets and particles. To indicate operational status, it has a top-placed LED warning light.
For thorough, heavy-duty use, the XM-21 commercial immersion blender's arm is constructed of stainless steel. Its composition is both durable and resistant to corrosion, offering a lengthy service lifetime. The motor has an ergonomic handle so users maintain a steady hold, while its anti-slip material increases safety. Once it's fully put together, this blender arm measures 206/25 inches overall.
